二、个人简介
目前主要致力于细菌致病及耐药机制研究,近年来,运用基因组学等技术深入解析了大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、产气荚膜梭菌、伪结核棒状杆菌、支原体等病原菌致病的分子机制,解析了相关耐药基因的遗传环境,阐明了其传播流行扩散的分子机制。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级课题10余项;以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表论文30余篇;担任Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy、Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy、Microbial Drug Resistance、Frontiers in Microbiology等多家主流SCI期刊特约审稿专家。2021年至今,委任陕西省病原微生物实验室生物安全专家委员会委员,中国畜牧兽医学会动物微生态学分会第六届理事,陕西省预防医学会第二届病原微生物检验专业委员会委员;2023年1月起委任为陕西省现代农业产业技术体系-生物安全技术体系动物源细菌耐药性监测与控制岗位专家和陕西省科协评审专家;2023年10月起委任为陕西省预防医学会病原微生物检验专业委员会第二届委员会副主任委员。2024年4月起委任第二届全国兽药残留与耐药性控制专家委员会委员。2024年6月起委任《中国抗生素杂志》第二届青年编委委员;2024年10月起加入iMeta期刊青年编委;《动物医学进展》编辑委员会青年编委。2024年12月25日起,委任西北农林科技大学党外知识分子联谊会(简称知联会)第二届理事会理事;2025年起委任陕西省畜牧业协会理事会成员。2025年3月起委任陕西省微生物学会第九届理事会理事。2025年5月13日起委任秦牧智库第二批入库专家。现为国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部同行评议专家、教育部学位中心论文评审专家、农业农村部反刍动物重大疫病防控重点实验室(西部) (试运行) 实验室秘书、陕西省畜牧业协会兽医分会副秘书长。
